Getting Help

Merlin is a sophisticated software solution. In time you will become an expert and use it intuitively. But initially, as with all software, you will probably need help. Merlin's Support Team are on hand to assist you. We use email, Skype and GoToMeeting to assist our Clients. We also provide on site training.

To get instant assistance all you need to do is click on the "Log Support Request" on the bottom of every page in Merlin.

Alternatively, to see who is online and available to chat with on Skype, click on the Skype Icon.
